The mysterious “Screen Writer” a.k.a. TheWriteScript

@TheWriteScript – An older couple decides late in life to spice things up and open a Mexican restaurant. It’s an instant hit…with the country’s most vicious drug lord – that’s the good news. The bad news? Their son, the police chief.

Basing a script around current events is often tricky, but if you can pull it off, do it; A socially relevant topic is a great way to get attention.

This idea can be executed in so many ways, it’s hard to know if it’ll will be more Godfather or Once Upon A Time in Mexico.  Either way, I’d give it a read.

Congrats to “Screen Writer” who wins free notes on 5-10 pages on any script she wishes to send my way!

Did I say “she?”  I meant, I have no idea of the gender of the writer.
